Meet
Natalie

I'm here to be your guide not your guru.

Natalie Mich is not just a meditation coach and acupuncturist; she's a beacon of hope, healing, and resilience forged from the depths of her own personal struggles. 

​

As a survivor of familial alcoholism, narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, and addiction, Natalie knows firsthand about deep pain and the resulting uphill battle of reclaiming one's sense of self after going through trauma.

 

After struggling for years with anxiety and depression, she finally faced her challenges head-on in 2018, undergoing a profound inner healing journey that has reshaped her entire existence.

You feel stressed, anxious, alone, lost, sad, or overwhelmed, and you are starting to realize that you need some help to get through the issues you are facing.

You decide to schedule a Free Connection Call with Natalie.

You talk to Natalie about the things you are going through and she helps you make a plan for how to feel better ASAP. 


Natalie answers all of your questions and helps you feel clear about the next steps so you can feel better.

After talking with Natalie and having all your questions answered, you start to feel centered, relaxed, and calm.

Then, Natalie talks to you about what you can do to improve how you feel and your quality of life in an even deeper way. She may talk to you about her current services offer you a chance to work with her one on one so you can get back to feeling good again! 

If it feels right, you will  schedule your next session during the call.

You meet with Natalie at your next session and work on the ways you can improve your life. Your session may include gentle  acupressure or exercises to relax you and prepare you for your breathwork meditation session. Natalie will guide you along with helpful suggestions and powerful visualizations while you follow along and listen to relaxing music. By the end,  you feel mentally clear, centered, grounded, and ready to take on the world!

Our connection call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other better, talk about your goals and challenges, and explore how we can collaborate to help you feel better.

During this call, we'll discuss your concerns, talk about your current situation, and determine if there's alignment between your needs and the services I provide. It's a chance for us to build trust, answer your questions, and see if we're a good fit to work together.  From here we will decide on the next steps to help you feel better ASAP.

Group: Energized Breathwork Meditation

Our Free Sunday Breathwork Meditation Sessions are a great place to start your Breathwork and Meditation journey. Group Breathwork Meditation Sessions on Zoom combine music, breathing, and Natalie's guidance to clear your mind, increase feelings of calm, and help you feel grounded and connected to yourself. Because this is a group session, participants also enjoy the support of our high vibe community while from the comfort of your home. Many participants say these sessions  are very healing and profound - a great place to start your breathwork meditation journey!​
