All of these services are designed to help individuals in a variety of ways including: gaining clarity on their lives, finding alignment with their goals, achieving mindfulness, reducing stress, and enhancing overall well-being through tailored guidance and immersive experiences.

Our connection call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other better, talk about your goals and challenges, and explore how we can collaborate to help you feel better.

During this call, we'll discuss your concerns, talk about your current situation, and determine if there's alignment between your needs and the services I provide. It's a chance for us to build trust, answer your questions, and see if we're a good fit to work together. From here we will decide on the next steps to help you feel better ASAP.

Our Free Sunday Breathwork Meditation Sessions are a great place to start your Breathwork and Meditation journey. Group Breathwork Meditation Sessions on Zoom combine music, breathing, and Natalie's guidance to clear your mind, increase feelings of calm, and help you feel grounded and connected to yourself. Because this is a group session, participants also enjoy the support of our high vibe community while from the comfort of your home. Many participants say these sessions are very healing and profound - a great place to start your breathwork meditation journey!​

Our Zoom Support Session with meditation offers a personalized and immersive experience designed to help you cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being from the comfort of your own personal space.

This session has 3 parts:
​
1. Intention and Goal Setting.
We will begin your session by talking about your goals and current life circumstances to determine what is most important for you during our time together. We will discuss any questions you have and choose one main goal for our time together. This goal could be: getting clarity on a challenge you face in life, getting over a block or hurdle you're experiencing, or anything related to your health and general wellbeing.

2. Becoming Present, Relaxed, and Centered.
Together, we will practice some mindfulness techniques to help you relax and get prepared to meditate. We will also cultivate body awareness to enhance the mind-body connection.

3. Meditation Support
Once you are feeling present, relaxed, and centered, we will begin your Meditation Support Session. During this powerful, immersive meditation experience, you may be asked questions to help you receive inner insight that will create clarity for your life circumstances and help you make decisions in alignment with what is right for you at this time.

Our Zoom Crisis Management Session offers a personalized and immersive experience designed to help you navigate a life crisis. Whether you are struggling with a life/death situation, family emergency, divorce/break up, work emergency, or emotionally challenging situation, this is for you!

This session has 3 parts:
​
1. Get Clarity and Set Our Intention.
We will discuss the current circumstances to identify the most effective ways to provide personalized support that is tailored to your needs during this crisis. We will talk about your ideal outcome to this crisis and deterimine what is most important for you during our time together.
​
2. Becoming Present, Relaxed, and Centered.
Together, we will practice some somatic techniques to help you relax and become centered. During a crisis, this process may be more complicated and require additional techniques. These techniques may include Movement Therapy, Body Scanning, Breathwork, Color Therapy, Chanting, Qi Gong, and other holistic modalities as indicated.

3. Meditation Support
Once you are feeling present, relaxed, and centered again, we will begin your Breathwork Meditation Session with advice and support to help you find peace amid the chaos.
